This website has no contact forms, analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for this purpose.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and anything else you choose to include. We use this to reply to you and, where relevant, to discuss and prepare for working together.
Our lawful bases under UK data protection law are:
- our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our business; and
- where you are asking about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone except the service providers described below.
Service providers and international transfers
Our email is provided by Zoho and our website is hosted by Cloudflare. They process information on our behalf and may store it outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and deal with any follow-up. If we go on to work together, related correspondence is kept as part of our business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict its use. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@otiito.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
